Beloved, have you ever shared a dream, a vision burning in your soul, only to be met with scorn, doubt, or even outright mockery? Have you felt the sting of rejection from those closest to you, those you expected to champion your aspirations? If so, know this: you are not alone.The enemy, like a cunning thief, prowls about seeking to steal, kill, and destroy the very dreams God has planted within you. He uses discouragement, negativity, and the voices of naysayers to dim the light of your destiny. But I declare today, "No weapon formed against you shall prosper!" (Isaiah 54:17)Remember Joseph, that dreamer of old. God gave him visions of greatness, dreams of his family bowing before him. Genesis 37:5-8 tells us, "Joseph had a dream, and when he told it to his brothers, they hated him even more. He said to them, “Listen to this dream I had: We were binding sheaves of grain out in the field when suddenly my sheaf rose and stood upright, while your sheaves gathered around mine and bowed down to it.” His brothers said to him, “Do you intend to reign over us? Will you actually rule us?” And they hated him all the more because of his dream and what he had said."Even when he shared another dream, where the sun, moon, and eleven stars bowed to him (Genesis 37:9), their jealousy and resentment only grew. They sought to extinguish his light. They threw him in a pit, sold him into slavery, and attempted to bury his destiny.But God!Even in the darkest of circumstances, God was with Joseph. He elevated him, used him mightily, and ultimately brought those very dreams to pass.What God has ordained for you, no man can curse. Just because others don't understand your vision, doesn't mean it's not valid. Their limited perception cannot confine the limitless power of God working in your life."For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." (Jeremiah 29:11)Hold fast to your dreams, beloved. Nurture them, protect them, and refuse to let anyone steal them from you. Believe in the God who placed those dreams within you. He is faithful to complete the work He has begun.Prayer:Heavenly Father, we thank you for the dreams and visions you have placed within us. We ask for your protection against the dream thieves who seek to discourage and derail us. Strengthen our faith, Lord, that we may hold fast to your promises and see your plans fulfilled in our lives. In Jesus' name, we pray.
